With over two decades of experience in surveying and residential project management, Kenelm has overseen projects ranging from sensitive listed building renovations to large-scale whole-house refurbishments across prime London postcodes. Every project is led by him personally. There is no junior team member standing in.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors — a qualification that reflects not just technical expertise, but a professional obligation to act in the client's interest at all times.
